Pool Safety Consultation Services in Melbourne

Pool Safety Consultation

We know that pool safety regulations can be overwhelming. At Bayside Peninsula Pool Compliance, we offer onsite consultations with a pool inspector. Our swimming pool safety barrier inspections not only help prevent accidents and serious injuries but also educate pool owners on how to meet the required safety standards and regulations.

Existing Pool Safety Fence – Barrier
Pool barriers must meet legal regulations and standards. That’s why it’s important for pool owners to have their pool fences inspected by a professional Pool Inspector.

Buying and selling a house
In Victoria, it’s not mandatory to include a Form 23 (Certificate of Compliance) with Section 32 when selling a house. It’s the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the current owner has done a pool compliance inspection. If not, any issues will be transferred to the buyer at settlement. The new owner will then need to hire a pool inspector in Melbourne to obtain a pool safety certificate.

Renovating
When renovating properties, we ensure your pool safety and any changes still comply with the applicable standards. For any property with a pool that make significant changes it is always best to check with a Pool Inspector rather than just rely on landscaper advice to ensure it will still pass a pool inspection.

Pool and Spa Construction
When building a pool or spa, we are here to help with any questions about pool safety requirements and regulations. While pool safety barriers aren’t required at this stage, we offer onsite consultations to help you prepare for your pool safety barrier and ensure it meets all pool compliance inspection requirements in Melbourne. We DO NOT sign off on new pool or spa builds but can provide valuable advice.
