Pool Safety Consultation Services

Pool Safety Consultation

We understand that pool safety regulations and standards can be a lot of information to process. At Bayside Peninsula Pool Compliance, we are committed to ensuring your pool safety by offering onsite consultation services with a pool inspector to prevent any accidents or serious injuries as well as educate pool owners on how they can meet the necessary pool safety standards and regulations.

Existing Pool Safety Fence – Barrier
Pool barriers are required by law to meet regulations and standards. To do so, it is important for pool owners to have their pool fence inspections professionally conducted by a Pool Inspector.

Buying and selling a house
It is not currently law in Victoria to have a Form 23 (Certificate of Compliance) as part of the Section 32 when selling a house. It is up to the buyer to make sure a pool inspection has been made for the current owner to obtain one otherwise any issues will pass upon settlement. If this happens the new owner will be required to engage a pool inspector to obtain a pool safety certificate.

Renovating
When renovating properties, Bayside Peninsula Pool Compliance is here to ensure your pool safety and any changes still comply with the applicable standards. For any property with a pool that make significant changes it is always best to check with a Pool Inspector rather than just rely on landscaper advice to ensure it will still pass a pool inspection.

Pool and Spa Construction
When building a pool or spa, Bayside Peninsula Pool Compliance is here for any questions on requirements and regulations for pool safety. While pool safety barriers are not required in this stage of development, we are here for onsite consultation so you can better prepare for your pool safety barrier and meet pool requirements and regulations. Please note we DO NOT sign off new pool or spa builds but can offer advice.
